These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website, and by buying products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ordering Online
Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order and again when it is dispatched. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. We will notify you by email if your order needs to be postponed or cancelled.
Orders placed on our website are processed at least once a week. We aim to dispatch orders within five working days. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched you should receive your parcel within 2-4 working days. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
For worldwide delivery costs and times please contact us directly via email. For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs. If there is any discrepancy between the shipping destination you have paid for and the country you would like the order delivered to we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid back to your account.
Price: The prices payable for products that you order are as set out on our website. Goods on this website are priced in GBP and include any applicable UK VAT. You may be required to pay a charge for delivery. Customers outside the UK will be liable for delivery and any import duty or taxes.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your product please notify us within three days of receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at hello@swissdoorstop.com
You will receive a full refund if:
– Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– Goods are returned in saleable condition.
We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs.
Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit.
We're sorry but we do not offer exchanges on goods.Cancellation: If, for any reason, we do have to cancel your order we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.
Liability: If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing via email of the problem within 60 working days of the delivery of the products in question. Additionally, we shall have no liability to you for any failure to perform any obligation of any contract under these Terms (express or implied) where such failure is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, breakdown of systems, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
